Ticket FAQs

All tickets for Anita’s Theatre events are only available through Ticketmaster.

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: BOX SEATS
The seat configuration in the Boxes is slightly unusual. Seat 1 (at the front) and seat 8 (at the back) are solo seats; seats 2&3, 4&5, and 6&7 are next to each other. Please double-check you select adjacent seats when booking in the Boxes, to avoid being separated from your companion.

For Accessible Seating enquiries and bookings call Ticketmaster on 1300 446 925

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Ticketmaster is the only authorised seller of tickets to Anita’s Theatre events. We strongly recommend that you only purchase tickets via Ticketmaster to ensure you receive a legitimate ticket and can therefore enter the Venue. See below, 'Unauthorised Ticket Sellers' for additional Information.

For all ticketing enquiries contact Ticketmaster HERE.

Mobile ticket delivery will become the most common way to receive your tickets for Anita’s Theatre shows.

Many of you have already been choosing Mobile tickets at the check-out and entering the Anita’s Theatre via a ticket on your mobile device.

Mobile tickets allow you to access your tickets directly through your Ticketmaster Account on your device. It’s the easiest and safest way to access your tickets to your events.

Because there’s no need to carry around physical tickets, your tickets are safe and always accessible via your chosen mobile device, meaning you’re all set to gain entry quickly at the venue when you arrive.

We recommend that you view your tickets prior to attending your event. You have the option to access your tickets in your Ticketmaster Account through the Ticketmaster App or by accessing Ticketmaster.com.au using your mobile browser.

Mobile tickets may be forwarded to friends and family - this feature is only available on select events. If available, you will be able to click on the Forward button within your order when viewed on Ticketmaster.com.au (using a web browser on your device) or through the ‘My Events’ section in the Ticketmaster App. The person you are forwarding tickets to will need to already have, or set up a Ticketmaster account so they can receive the ticket on their device.

*Mobile tickets may not be available for all events.

A $5.95 Handling Fee applies to purchases made through the ticket system (per transaction, not per ticket) by telephone, internet, mobile device or mail.

Anita’s Theatre makes every effort to provide accurate information on this website, but cannot be responsible for changes to fees and charges made by the ticketing provider.

Ticketmaster is the only authorised seller of tickets to Anita’s Theatre events. Anita’s Theatre advises caution when purchasing tickets through unauthorised sellers or third parties such as Viagogo, StubHub, Ebay or Gumtree online auctions.

Some unscrupulous sellers may also sell the same tickets multiple times meaning you will not be able to enter the Venue for your event. Ticketmaster or Anita’s Theatre are not able to verify if your tickets are legitimate as they have not been purchased on our system.

On event nights Anita’s Theatre Box Office is open for ticket collections 30 minutes prior to the doors opening time (as stated on the event page).

To avoid queues, you can pick your tickets up when Anita’s Theatre Box Office opens on the event night or from any Ticketmaster outlet prior to the event.

The person whose name is on the credit card is the only person who can collect a prepaid ticket. The credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) and photo I.D. must be presented at time of pick up.

Can’t go anymore? Ticketmaster have made it easy to sell the tickets you can no longer use, via the Ticketmaster ticket exchange process, meaning another fan can go instead. Less missing out, more going out

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection details. Ticketmaster does not issue an exchange or refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket (including where a ticket does not arrive in the mail) unless (a) Ticketmaster can identify at the Venue the actual seat corresponding to the ticket for that event, or in the case of a general admission ticket, Ticketmaster is able to identify (acting reasonably) and cancel the relevant ticket, and (b) you give Ticketmaster a reasonable amount of notice ahead of the event that the ticket has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, in which case Ticketmaster will issue a replacement ticket to you for a reasonable administration fee. A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange a ticket.

Subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation, the provisions of the Australian Consumer Law), if an event takes place then generally there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend because of adverse weather conditions.

For more information regarding T&Cs for any purchase of tickets via our partner Ticketmaster, please see - Purchase Policy.

If you need assistance with ticket purchases or refunds, please contact Ticketmaster via ticketmaster.com.au or using the online Ticketmaster Customer Support Form.

You must stay home and not attend the show if:

  • Have recently tested positive (within 1 week of the show)
  • A suspected positive case (within 1 week of the show)
  • Are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or
  • Have been directed to stay home by NSW Health.

If you cannot attend a show due to any of the reasons above, please contact Ticketmaster HERE for ticketing options available to you.

Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of exchange and must be of equal value of the original ticket(s) purchased. If you wish to exchange to a higher priced ticket(s), you will be asked to pay the difference in ticket price.

Please note: We can only assist those who purchased their Anita’s Theatre tickets on Ticketmaster Australia, the authorised ticket seller for Anita’s Theatre. If you purchased tickets through any other avenue, please contact the seller directly to learn more about their refund and exchange policy.

Contact Ticketmaster as soon as you notice the tickets are missing and they will explain the procedures for the event you are attending.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue. Should this occur, Ticketmaster will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. When booking at an outlet please provide phone or email contact details so we can contact you in the event of a cancellation/postponement.
