Both experiences require a valid show ticket.

The King’s Box Experience is available only with select reserved seats and must be purchased with your ticket, subject to availability at select shows..This upgrade cannot be added separately at a later date.

ElevateX requires a GA Standing ticket and can be added at the time of purchase or later, subject to availability at select shows. This upgrade can be added separately at a later date.

Upgrades are only available to certain ticket types or seating areas:

  • King's Box Experience: Only available to Boxes 1 and 2.

  • ElevateX: General Admission (GA) and Reserved GA events.

Information about entry points or arrival instructions will be provided on your ticket or communicated by venue staff upon arrival.

No, only guests with a Premium Experience ticket will be permitted entry to premium areas, including the Premium Lounge, Boxes 1 and 2 (King's Box Experience) or the elevated Viewing Platform (ElevateX).
